What is a Dream?
We all dream; dreaming is a natural universal experience.  Everyone enters into the dream state when they sleep.  Every night as our waking consciousness fades, we enter into the land of dreams where our unconscious mind runs free with little or no intrusion from our conscious mind.

In many ancient civilizations, dreaming was considered a supernatural communication. In ancient times, dreaming could only be deciphered by those with certain powers.  Dreams served to offer advice and give guidance, and their messages came directly from the voice of God, which some cultures call the Great Spirit, or Source energy, or your Higher Self, or Jung’s Collective Unconscious, or in Huna its call I’o.

Remember that you are the best expert there is at interpreting your dreams.  Symbols vary in their meaning according to the way each dream uses them. The Huna Dream Interpretation process knows this and it also realizes that no symbol in any dream can be given one meaning.
