Hypnosis (trance) is a normal ability that you go in and out of everyday.  This hypnosis training teaches you to utilize your client’s everyday normal ability to go into trance and directly access not only the root cause of the problem, but the solution that is agreeable to the unconscious mind. 

Hypnosis is another technique to help people change the way they think.  The primary approach of the hypnotic process utilizes the client’s unconscious resources to first find the event’s purpose, and then become aware of the learnings related to the event that allow the problem to completely disappear.  By becoming aware of these new learnings and understandings, the client undergoes generative change.

Through instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on practice sessions, you will learn how to use hypnosis to help your clients to:

  • Change unwanted habits
  • Change basic motivation into a powerful desire to change
  • Make lasting behavioral changes
  • Reduce or eliminate stress

There are no long, boring videos of someone else doing hypnosis to watch.  You will be practicing the techniques yourself in the training.

Our weekend hypnosis training has lots of “hands-on” practice, with the just the right amount of lecture and discussion.  You will find that you can comfortably and successfully use hypnosis in your practice once you leave the training.
